UNDERSTANDING EMOTIONS THROUGH THE FIVE BUDDHA FAMILIES BY DRUBPÖN RACHEL AND GIORGIO SAVIGLIANO

28.09.-30.09.2018  Five Buddha-Families: Vajra
30.11.-02.12.2018  Five Buddha-Families: Ratna

2019:
01.-03.02.2019  Five Buddha-Families: Padma
12.-14.04.2019  Five Buddha-Families: Karma
21.-23.06 2019  Five Buddha-Families: Buddha

The system of the five buddha families is the essence of vajrayana. It is a fascinating and sophisticated view of emotions and personality and their transformation into their pure nature, the five wisdoms. It is an empowering view that sees negative emotions not as things to be destroyed, but rather as gateways to our pure enlightened qualities. We will take an experiential journey through the five Buddha families to recognize both the distorted and pure energies of each family in ourselves and others which will lead to a greater understanding of our potential and the role of emotions on our spiritual path.
