We will look at many different forms of Shamata from focus on breath, sound, mantra, inner feelings, sensations and visualizations. Shamata is our foundation. All meditation comes from this basis and it has many health benefits. To prepare our body for sitting we will use simple movement and breath exercises that greatly support and enhance the practice.
